Archiving takes the NDA out of your lists along with its link and its roster. It is a soft delete, so nothing is physically destroyed, but there is no self-serve way to bring it back.

Archive it

1

Open the NDAs list

Click NDAs in the sidebar. You archive from the list, not from inside the NDA.
2

Choose Archive

From the NDA’s overflow menu.
3

Type the name to confirm

Archiving asks you to type the NDA’s exact name before it will go through.
You do not have to unpublish first. Archiving a live NDA takes its link offline as part of the same action.

What archiving does

  • The signer roster is archived alongside the NDA.
  • The NDA link stops opening.
  • Getting it back means contacting support.
You cannot unarchive an NDA yourself. Restoring one means asking support. Export the signature ledger before you archive.

What happens to the signatures

They are not deleted. Signatures are immutable evidence and archiving is a soft delete, so the rows and their content snapshots survive. They stop being reachable in the studio alongside the NDA, which is why exporting first is worth the minute it takes.

What happens to the people on it

An NDA’s signers live in a player group of its own, and that group is archived in the same step.

What it does to your quota

Depends on your plan’s quota semantics.

Unpublishing an NDA

The reversible option. Reach for it first.
