Some posts need to land at a set time: a launch at midnight, an event reminder the morning of. Write the announcement now, and schedule it to post at the moment you choose.

  • A Discord server connected under Integrations.
  • A plan that includes scheduling ahead. Sending at publish works on every plan.

Create and write the announcement

Create a One-Time announcement and write it on the Compose tab.

Open the schedule

On the About tab, find the Schedule section and choose Schedule for later.

Pick the send time

Set the Send time: a date, a time, and a timezone. The time is anchored to that zone.

Publish it

Click Publish. The timing opens on Schedule for later with your time already set. Confirm the channel and click Schedule.

How you know it worked

  • The announcement badge reads Published.
  • The Messages tab shows one send on your chosen day, colored blue for Scheduled.
  • The send turns green when the moment arrives and the message posts.
