What you need first
- A published announcement, so it has at least one send to show. The Messages tab appears once an announcement leaves draft.
The playbook

Open the Messages tab
Open the announcement and go to the Messages tab. Each send is a dot on the day it posts.

Read the colors
Green is Sent, blue is Scheduled or Sending, red is Failed, and amber is a projected future occurrence.

Retry a failed send
Click a red dot to open its details, then click Retry. It posts again without touching the rest of the schedule.

Skip an occurrence
Click an upcoming send of a recurring announcement and click Skip. That one post is cancelled, and the schedule continues from the next occurrence.A one-time announcement has a single send, so its scheduled send offers Unpublish instead: stopping that send is the same thing as stopping the announcement.

Take one post down
Click a sent message and click Take down. That message is removed from your Discord channel and reads Taken down, while the announcement stays published and the schedule carries on.Reach for this when one occurrence went out wrong. To take everything down, unpublish the announcement instead.

Jump to a post in Discord
Open a sent message and click Open in Discord to see it in your channel.
How you know it worked
- A retried send turns from red to green once it posts.
- A skipped occurrence shows as Cancelled, and the schedule moves to the next date.
- A post you took down is gone from your channel and reads Taken down, with no Open in Discord link left.
- Open in Discord takes you straight to the message in your channel.
