Reading the calendar
Each send is a dot on the day it posts. The color tells you its state.
Amber dots are the schedule’s upcoming posts. They have not been created yet, so there is nothing to act on until they become the next send.
Send statuses
Clicking a dot opens the send details.
The details also show the scheduled time, the sent time, the number of attempts, and any failure reason.
Retry a failed send
A send can fail if Discord was briefly unreachable. Open the failed send and click Retry. It posts again without disturbing the rest of the schedule.Skip an occurrence
A pending occurrence of a recurring announcement can be skipped. Open it and click Skip. That one post is cancelled, and the schedule continues from the next occurrence. Skip is recurring-only on purpose. A one-time announcement has a single send, so cancelling it on its own would leave the announcement published with nothing left to send. Use Unpublish on that send instead, below.Stop a scheduled one-time send
A one-time announcement has exactly one message, so there is no single occurrence to skip. Stopping it means stopping the announcement. Open the scheduled message and click Unpublish. Once you confirm, the message is cancelled, its reserved message returns to your allowance, and the announcement goes back to an editable draft.Take one post down
A send that has already posted can be pulled back out of your channel on its own. Open it and click Take down. The message is removed from Discord and the send reads Taken down, while the announcement stays published and the rest of the schedule carries on. Use it when a single post went out with the wrong link or the wrong date, and stopping the whole announcement would be too much. To take everything down at once, unpublish the announcement instead. Taking a post down does not return its send. The delivery already happened, so it stays spent. If the Userplay bot has lost access to the channel, the takedown cannot go through. The send keeps its Sent status and shows the reason, so you can restore the bot’s permissions and try again.Open a post in Discord
Once a send has posted, its details carry an Open in Discord link that jumps straight to the message in your channel. The link goes away once a post has been taken down, since there is no longer a message to open. The studio-wide calendar
The announcements list has a Calendar view that shows the sends for every announcement together. It is the whole studio’s posting schedule on one grid. Click an empty day to quick-create a one-time draft for that day.Creating an announcement
