Duplicate it

Find the announcement
From the announcements list, open the card’s overflow menu. From the announcement itself, open the overflow menu beside the Publish button.

Click Duplicate
It reads Duplicate (“Copy it as a new draft”), and it is available in any stage. You can copy a draft, a published announcement, or one that has finished its schedule.

Name the copy
The modal is Duplicate Announcement. Announcement Name prefills as “Copy of
<original>”. Rename it to something you will recognize later.4
Create it
Click Duplicate Announcement. You land on the new draft, ready to edit.
What gets copied
The duplicate carries the whole announcement into a fresh draft.
Everything is editable again, because the duplicate has never been published.
What does not get copied
The duplicate starts clean on anything belonging to the original’s own run.It counts against your drafts
A duplicate is a new announcement, so it takes a draft slot exactly like creating one from scratch. If you are at your plan’s limit, duplicating asks you to publish or archive a draft first, or to upgrade. The copy’s schedule is checked when you publish it, not when you duplicate it. If the original ran a cadence your current plan no longer allows, the copy keeps that cadence and you hear about it at publish time.When to duplicate rather than edit
